RECRUITMENT

Whitecliff Services Ltd is a major recruiter of healthcare staff. We have developed systems and strategies to identify and attract qualified staff through the internet, published media and other resources, to meet our client’s needs for staff.

COMPLIANCE

Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements; the checking and confirmation of credentials and qualifications for all candidates: these are the principal activities of our resolute compliance teams. We recruit and train staff specifically for these key activities, to ensure the safety and security of our staff selection processes.

MANAGEMENT

The management and placing of temporary staff with our clients for assignments is the primary work of our consultants’ teams. They are experienced in developing an understanding of our clients’ staffing needs, and then selecting from available healthcare staff with matching qualifications and experience from our comprehensive database – supported by our own bespoke Enterprise ICT system.

PAYMENT & REPORTING

Whitecliff Services is fully accountable to our clients, supported by detailed reporting facilities for the services we provide. We operate a system of validated timesheets to account for assignments undertaken for our clients, and we can report on work and complete payment transactions using the latest technology, securely.

Our first task with any client is to make sure that we thoroughly understand their business and other requirements. Through this we are able to identify and understand their specific requirements and hence provide them with a solution that is uniquely tailored for them.

We will develop new contractual arrangements and find innovative solutions to our clients’ needs. Each client can choose the level of involvement – some may want one off staff supply; others ask us to take over full responsibility for their staffing.

Our Staff

Our nurses are our reputation. We recruit the very best professionals who embrace our values and ethos. Each and every nurse is flexible, highly experienced in their field and willing to travel long distances, often at short notice, to support our clients. This enthusiasm and commitment to nursing, teamed with exceptional skills and passion is hard to come by. Our pay rates reflect the nature of our work and our expectations. We demand the greatest commitment from each and every staff, as witnessed by demanding registration and compliancy requirements.

Expert, nurse-led recruitment teams

Our recruitment teams are led by experienced nurses, who we believe are best placed to recruit like-minded professionals to represent Whitecliff Care’s name. Each agency worker completes a rigorous recruitment process ensuring they have the most appropriate, recent and relevant experience for their field. In addition, we offer our nurses free mandatory CPD and PREP study opportunities to enable them to keep up to date with the latest best practice – something that is ordinarily only available for those in substantive posts.

Quality and compliance

Our reputation for quality is paramount and we recognise that quality governance drives quality care. To that end, and to augment our own internal quarterly audits, we annually contract with QMS & REC to provide compliance audits across all disciplines within all our operations.
